With the close cooperation and unremitting efforts of the company team, as well as the strong support from the owner and the HEMPEL sales team, BD, and technical service team, we successfully and excellently completed the procurement and delivery of anti-corrosion coatings for the inner and outer walls and related components of the No. 1 cooling smoke tower at Datang Harbin No. 1 Thermal Power Plant.
Datang Heilongjiang Power Generation Co., Ltd. Harbin No. 1 Thermal Power Plant has a unit scale of 2×300MW, with each unit equipped with a smoke exhaust natural ventilation cooling tower with a spray area of 3850㎡. This reinforced concrete hyperbolic natural ventilation cooling tower consists of key components such as a ventilation duct, a herringbone column, a ring foundation, a water pool, a spray structure, and a central vertical shaft, and has been in operation since October 2010 in sync with the units. In this "No. 1 cooling smoke tower anti-corrosion coating procurement" project, faced with tight deadlines and heavy tasks, after strict selection and multiple rounds of negotiation by the owner, our company stood out with the "Hempel Elder" anti-corrosion solution and successfully won the opportunity for cooperation. Our company provided all the coatings required for the project on a lump-sum basis and was fully responsible for technical guidance and services.
The smooth delivery of this project and the high recognition from the owner not only greatly boosted the team's morale but also added another glorious chapter for the company in the field of thermal power generation cooling tower projects.
