Jotacote F60

This is a two-component polyurethane cured pure epoxy coating. It meets the requirements for optimal adhesion on many surfaces as a marine primer. It can be used as a primer, intermediate coat, topcoat, or single-layer coating system in atmospheric and submerged environments. Suitable for properly treated carbon steel, steel with workshop primer, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, fiberglass reinforced polyester, and thermally sprayed zinc surfaces. The applicable temperature range is from low temperature -196°C to 210°C, for both insulated and non-insulated surfaces.

    Recognized according to IMO Res. MSC 215(82), applicable to PSPC ballast water tanks.
    When used as part of an approved scheme, this material has the following certificates:
    - Low flame spread recognized according to the EU directive on marine equipment. Recognized according to Appendix 1 of Part 5 and Part 2 of the IMO 2010 FTP Code or in compliance with IMO 2010 FTP Code Ch.8.
    Recognized according to Appendix 1 of Part 5 and Part 2 of the IMO FTPC.

    Gray, Red, White, Aluminum, Aluminum Red, Bronze.
    Due to the different thermal stability of pigments, slight color changes may occur when the coating is heated. Please note that such color changes do not affect the performance of the coating.
