    The Hempel's Silicone Acrylic 56940 is a heat-resistant acrylic modified polysiloxane coating that can air dry at ambient temperatures.

     

    Recommended Uses

    It can be used as a long-lasting protective coating for hot pipes, exhaust pipes, chimneys, and other hot surfaces up to 200°C, with short-term temperature resistance up to 300°C. If heated above 200°C for an extended period, the paint film may discolor, but this does not affect the protective performance of the film.

     

    Operating Temperature:

    - Under dry conditions: Maximum operating temperature: 200°C [392°F].

    - Aluminum color: 400°C [752°F].
