Hempacore One is a one component, solvent-borne, physically drying

intumescent coating for passive fire protection of structural steel

against cellulosic fires in a wide range of fire durations. It is suitable

for in-shop and on-site applications, interior and exterior use.

Recommended use

As intumescent fire protection for structural steel in interior and

exterior conditions, up to Type X (EAD350402-00-1106 / EN 16623)

and C4 conditions (ISO 12944-2). Suitable for I section beams, H

columns, hollow sections and cellular beams.

As a repair and touch-up coating for damaged areas of freshly applied

Hempacore One .

ETA 12/0581. Up to 120 minutes.

- Tested and approved for Chinese fire test standard GB14907 (Fire

resistive coating for steel structure). Up to 2 hours.
