Barrier 75

This is a two-component polyurethane curing zinc-rich epoxy coating. It is a fast-drying product with a high zinc content. It meets the requirements of the Chinese standard HG/T 3668-2009 for zinc powder specification level two. When used in conjunction with other coatings, it provides excellent corrosion resistance. It is used as a primer in atmospheric environments. It is suitable for the repair of properly treated carbon steel, inorganic zinc silicate coatings, and worn galvanized steel surfaces. It can be applied when the substrate temperature is below zero degrees. The zinc powder in this product complies with ASTM D520, Type II standards.
